Enrichment Programme (PE MEP)

PE MEP is an evidence-based customized couple assessment inventory that identifies couples’ strength and growth areas, and to be used as a dynamic tool based on each couple’s assessment results. It enables couples to gain personalized insights into relationship dynamics, commitment levels, personality, spiritual beliefs and family systems. The reliability of the assessment and feedback guided by our professional trainers help couples strengthen and enrich your relationships.

 

Marriage is complex and beautiful; it is dynamic and changes as a couple experience various life transition. A crisis doesn’t need to happen before a couple can benefit from marriage enrichment. Married couples who take part in enrichment programmes have reported to have a satisfying marriage.

Our PE MEP uses Prepare and Enrich assessment and framework to identify your strengths and build your confidence in your relationship skills. Conducted in a small group setting, it allows couples of difference ages and stages to learn from one another and normalise some challenges we commonly experience in marriage.

Our programme aims to

• Explore relationship strengths and growth areas
• Strengthen communication skills
• Identify and manage major stressors
• Resolve conflicts using the Ten Step Model
• Develop a more balance relationship using the Family of Origin and Couple Map
• Understand SCOPE personality differences and maximise teamwork

Upon completion of the programme, you will gain complimentary access to Marriage Mentoring—three guided sessions with trained volunteer mentors who will walk alongside you in your journey. Build deeper connection, better communication, and a stronger foundation for a thriving marriage.
