There are 2 parts to this programme.

Course Contents

  • Part 1:
    Identify the triggers, causes and symptoms of fatigue, stress and burnout;
    Learn to cope with stressors, increase mental resilience.
  • Part 2:
    Gain relevant and practical ways to have a good sleep hygiene and maintain positive well-being;
    Recognise when, where and how to seek help when needed.
