Greetings from Family Central!

As we all play our part in staying at home as much as possible, the angst of cabin fever and social distancing can sometimes build up. That’s why, in this third issue, Fei Yue is opening up our youth online counselling service – eC2 – to everyone who needs support from our counsellors and trained volunteers during this challenging time.

For parents, we’re sharing tips on Helping Children Cope with COVID-19 Stress through calm and honest dialogue. We’re also launching an online version of the Positive Parenting Programme (Triple P) to guide parents on effective, evidence-based strategies to manage their children’s behavioural and emotional challenges. For Mandarin speakers, we’re launching《父母被抓狂了吗?》the first in a series of eight videos on how to improve parent-child communication.
